We are a local company looking for a motivated administrative assistant with bookkeeping experience to join our team! The person we are looking for NEEDS to be someone who wants to help a young company grow. Have a great attitude and a desire to learn.
The Administrative Assistant will have demonstrated ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines and possess a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include day-to- day operation of the office, ensuring efficient and effective operation and coordination of contracts & documents. Primarily assist with preparing bid documents, working closely with the Executive Director & Operations Manager, and some contractors with miscellaneous projects as requested.
Bookkeeper with general ledger accounting/ Bookkeeping experience required, or a degree in Accounting or business. Experience in A/P, A/R, Payroll, General Ledger, Invoicing, Spreadsheet creation, and Reconciliation. QuickBooks Pro preferred a minimum of 3 years experience.
