Meet Jake!

Jake joined Falls Carpet Cleaning in 2020, and it didn’t take long for him to become an irreplaceable part of our team!

Working alongside Tony, Jake learned the industry from one of the best. His genuine kindness, outstanding customer service, and easygoing personality, however, have always come naturally—that’s simply who Jake is.

As Falls Carpet Cleaning continued to grow, we knew it was time to add a second truck to our fleet. Today, Jake proudly runs that truck, serving customers throughout the community with the same attention to detail and quality workmanship that have always been at the heart of Falls Carpet Cleaning.

If you’ve spent any time reading our Google reviews, you’ve probably seen Jake’s name mentioned again and again.

Customers absolutely love him!

He’s known for his incredible attention to detail, his positive attitude, and his determination to deliver the very best results possible. He takes pride in leaving every home looking its best.

Just know your pup is probably getting a few extra belly rubs before Jake leaves.

Outside of work, Jake’s greatest joy is his family. He’s an amazing husband and the proud dad of an adorable one-year-old little boy who already has him completely wrapped around his finger.

Just like the rest of us, everything Jake does is for his family, and it shows in the pride he takes in his work every single day.

In his spare time, you’ll usually find him cheering on his favorite teams, watching football, or following MMA. If there’s a big game or a big fight on, chances are Jake already knows who’s competing.

Instead of Meet the Team Tuesday (which I missed yesterday) - how about “Behind the Wand Wednesday”! Get it?! 🤓

Meet Tony — Owner

If you’ve had your carpets/upholstery cleaned by Falls Carpet Cleaning over the last 25+ years, chances are you’ve met this guy.

Tony started working alongside his dad, Vince, while he was still in high school. Between school, college, and multiple jobs, he always seemed to find time to help grow the family business.

After college, Tony had a decision to make. Instead of taking a different career path, he chose to work alongside his dad full-time because carrying on the family business meant something special to him.

That decision turned into a lifelong career—and eventually, the opportunity to continue the family legacy Vince started back in 1989.

If there’s one thing Tony loves, it’s a good challenge. When a customer points to a mystery stain and says, “I don’t think that’ll come out…” you’ll usually see a little smile appear on his face. 😄

Some people enjoy puzzles…

Tony enjoys figuring out, “What made that spot?”

Over the years, he’s brought countless carpets and upholstery back to life that many people thought were beyond saving.

But ask Tony his favorite part of the job…

It’s the people.

He genuinely enjoys getting to know our customers, catching up with longtime clients, and treating every home with the same care he’d want for his own family.

Speaking of family…

That’s his “why.”

Tony is an incredible husband, a proud dad to two teenagers, and dog dad to two energetic Boxers. Everything he works so hard for comes back to them. His family has always been his greatest motivation, and they’re the reason he gives everything he has—both at work and at home.

When the workday is over, you’ll usually find Tony outside. He loves landscaping projects and is always chasing the perfect lawn—even if the family dogs seem determined to undo all his hard work. He’s also become a bit of a hydrangea enthusiast, with nearly 100 hydrangeas planted around the yard… and somehow there’s always room for a few more.

And another interest - if something has a loud engine…there’s a pretty good chance he’s interested.

His wife has jokingly threatened to move to the country if he buys one more vehicle loud enough to wake the neighbors. She blames a midlife crisis…Tony prefers to call it good taste.

And if you’ve spent any amount of time with Tony, you know one thing for certain…

The dad jokes are plentiful.

Some are pretty good.

Most are…well…let’s just say his kids have perfected the eye roll.

One thing you’ll never catch Tony doing is sitting still. Whether he’s on the job, working in the yard, spending time with his family, or dreaming up the next project, he’s always moving forward.

Hard-working. Family-first. A little obsessed with hydrangeas…and never one to pass up a good dad joke.

We’re proud to call him our owner…and even prouder to call him family.

✨ Meet the Team Tuesday ✨

Today, we’d like to introduce you to the man who started it all…

The man. The myth. The legend.

Meet Vince, the founder of Menomonee Falls Carpet Cleaning.

Back in 1989, Vince built this company with a simple goal: treat every customer with honesty, work hard, and always take pride in the results. What began as one man’s dream grew into a family business that has now been serving our community for more than 35 years.

If you’ve been a customer for a while, there’s a good chance you’ve spoken with Vince. For many years, he wore just about every hat imaginable—cleaning carpets and upholstery, while also answering phones and scheduling appointments. As the company grew, those responsibilities naturally evolved, and about a decade ago Vince shifted his focus to the office while his son Tony continued the day-to-day cleaning operations.

Vince continued to be the friendly voice answering the phones, scheduling appointments, and making sure every customer felt taken care of. His kindness, patience, and genuine care for people have always been at the heart of this business.

In the summer of 2024, Vince officially retired, passing the torch—and his office duties—to his daughter-in-law, Rachel. While you’ll no longer hear his familiar voice when you call, the values he built this company on remain the foundation of everything we do.

These days, Vince is enjoying what he’s earned. You’ll most likely find him spending time with his grandkids, soaking up the sunshine by the pool, or—if you ask him—simply “resting his eyes” for a little afternoon break. (We all know better. 😉)

His legacy lives on in every home we visit, every customer we serve, and every promise we make to provide the kind of service that has earned the trust of our community for decades.

Thank you, Vince, for building something so special. We’re incredibly proud to carry it forward.
