Job Title: Sales Representative (Cleaning Services)

Location: Memphis, Tennessee

Job Description:
- Actively seek out and engage customer prospects to promote and sell our cleaning services
- Utilize various sales techniques to generate leads and close deals, both virtually and in person
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and packages to potential customers
- Collaborate with the cleaning team to ensure customer needs and expectations are met
- Keep track of sales performance and report on a regular basis to the management team

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning or service industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
- Willingness to travel within the Memphis area to meet with potential clients
- High school diploma or equivalent
