The one to plan around: Saturday August 8, Tank Care Talk with Kleen Tank at the pavilion at 10am. Practical, useful, and the kind of thing you only get on property. That same evening, bonfire at 8.

Fredericksburg is 45 minutes out if you want a day trip. Most regulars never leave the property.

We are the largest RV Holding Tank Cleaner.
We see a lot of customers that have a Camco flush attached to their 3” sewer hose. You are on the right track, however the water will flow into the tank, until gravity takes over it and it runs out, not filling the tank. We will show you how to use the Valterra Flush King and Flow Meter. Our Jetter cleans your tanks, the back flushing should be part of your regular maintenance after you release your tanks. After your tanks are rinsed, then added our special recipe of Pine Sol & Calgon. We will give you a free bottle and the recipe, during our cleaning service. Q. My RV has a tank flushing system. Why do I need something else?
A. The in-tank rinsing system in your black holding tank sprays in set pattern, either through a single spray head or a rotating array of nozzles. While it’s a good system, it can take a long time to fill your holding tank to thoroughly flush it out. Plus, it’s only in your RV’s black tank. We do recommend, however, that you turn the rinsing system on while you are emptying the black tank. The added turbulence and flow of water is helpful.
