Flo’s Fabulous Cleaning Services We are life long best friends working together to help keep the homes of KY sparkling clean!

**For larger cleaning jobs, a $10 fee will be added to each cleaning service if we provide all the cleaning supplies. Clients are more than welcome to provide their own supplies for us to use during services at no additional cost.

**Cancellation Policy- Once your cleaning service has been booked, should the need arise for you to cancel, we request that you give us at least 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled day/time. If you don’t give us at least 24 hours notice, a $25 ‘short notice’ cancellation fee will be added to your next scheduled service and must be paid at the conclusion of that service.
*We do understand that emergencies arise, and we are very sympathetic in those circumstances. Just communicate with us and we will gladly waive the fee for emergencies!

**We DO travel outside of Georgetown for cleaning services, but a travel/gas fee MAY be added to the cost of each cleaning service, based on how many miles we must travel to the clients home. The minimum fee added will be $15 and the maximum fee will be $25.

**PAYMENT POLICY- Payment is due at the time service is rendered. We ask that payments be made promptly and within 30 minutes of our arrival to your home. We reserve the right to terminate services and leave the premises immediately if payment is not rendered within the time frame stated above.
