Lukas Pest Solutions is hiring its first Pest Control Technician for the upcoming busy season in the Lake Geneva area. This role is for someone who wants more than just an hourly job.

You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll run your own route, work with great customers, and be part of a small, respected local business where your performance actually matters.

What you get:
💵 $21–$25/hour (based on experience & license)
🚚 Your own route + real autonomy
📈 Starting at 20-30 hours per week with a clear path to full time as the season ramps up.

What it takes:
✔ Pass the Wisconsin Pest Control License exam within 30 days of hire
✔ Strong work ethic and personal accountability
✔ Comfortable with ladders, crawlspaces, attics, and sealing work
✔ Professional with customers - referrals drive this business

Today marks four years of serving Walworth County and the surrounding areas. And I want to say thank you!!

I believe in providing the highest level of service to every home I care for, and taking on more than I can handle would mean compromising the quality my customers expect—and that’s not something I’m willing to do.
