Best Lil Car Wash wanted to take a moment to thank all our loyal customers. We really appreciate your business and we feel as if we are a close member of the Geneva family. Best Lil Car Wash is Geneva's hometown car wash.
That said, we want to highlight that there have been a few people lately that try to "abuse the system." What do we mean by this? Well, last week, for example, one customer called to tell us that the Touch Free stripped the 16 year old paint off their 16 year old car that had been sitting out in the Alabama sun for the past 16 years. This is highly improbable as it is only water and nothing else touching the vehicle. Today, we receive a call from a customer stating that their truck paint was scratched by a cargo strap stuck in the brushes. After reviewing the security video, it turns out the cargo strap was NOT stuck in the brushes but, had actually blown out of the back of their truck upon exiting. (See video) It turns out that their truck was NOT damaged by the equipment. Their story was untrue also. These are only a couple of many instances of people trying to "get paid" by abusing the system. It is a true shame that some people try to get a free payday at the expense of the small business owner.
We have "5K Security Cameras" everywhere on the lot. There is not one square inch that we cannot see in high definition. They are so good, in fact, that we could see the crack pipe the couple was smoking in their car last week while they were sitting in the wash bay. We can see everyone coming and going as well as the condition of their vehicle upon entering and leaving.
Please keep in mind that the use of complex machinery does carry an inherent risk however, we do everything we can to keep our equipment in good and safe working order to provide an enjoyable experience to our customers. We do everything we can to minimize risk but ultimately, the consumer accepts any and all risk upon entering the wash. Best Lil Car Wash is not responsible for any damage to vehicles using the equipment.
