Removal of mold or mold stains.

Items I DO NOT launder:
Boots or shoes
Oil, soiled uniform overalls.
Rubber back rugs
Pet beds or blankets.
Duvets.
NO ITEMS SOILED WITH URINE, F***S, OR VOMIT 🤮!!
Any of those items will be placed back in your original bag and returned. I cannot allow any of that in my machines. Thank you for understanding.

Please make sure EACH item is completely dry upon leasing and bag for pick up. Wet fabrics, create mold and odors. I am allergic to mold. 😞

If any clothing or fabrics, have any gasoline spilled on them, PLEASE hang them outside to dry COMPLETELY before adding them to the laundry bag. If not, they can cause a fire while being treated.

Bedding:
Must be back separately as one load
Include no more than: one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, two pillowcases, one comforter…. $25

Other specifics:
If you want fabric sent boosters or fabric softener sheets, you provide them in a separate baggie.
I do not use bleach.
Laundry is to be placed and tied 13 gallon bags on your porch or designated area.
Delicates are to be bagged separately in grocery bag or 4 to 8 gallon bag.
$2 per delicate item.
Provide specific instructions within bag for absolutely anything that needs specific instructions.
You need to separate the lights in the darks because each bag you provide gets washed together. I do not separate laundry.
I will wash, dry, fold/hang items as per preferred. You provide the hangers and be specific about what items you want.
I will message you when it gets dropped off.
Make sure you indicate specific spot for items to be placed that are on hangers.

Washer and dryer specifics:
H.E. Front loaders, no agitator.
Washer has delicate cycle available.
Both have multiple temperature settings.
Hooked up to water softener.
I use era free and clear.

$30 each 13 gallon bag
(not stuffed or ripped)
Each bag needs a tag clearly marked with name, address, phone number, and specific laundry instructions.
Add $3 for each item you want steamed
