Haven't posted any updates, photos or videos lately (lots of great ones coming) but just wanted to say thank you to our clients and friends for a fantastic 18th season in business.

We have been working 7 days a week trying to stay caught up, and although exhausting, it feels wonderful to know that we have such a loyal client base and truly appreciate all the referrals and repeat business.

Special thanks to those who have been waiting weeks to get in. Actually looking forward to our annual August slowdown and maybe a few days off...😀

We've cleaned a LOT of carports over the years. This one was definitely a challenge.

First, we remove the loose debris, then the organic (mildew/algae staining)

Don't let something as unassuming as a simple carport become the eyesore of an otherwise beautiful property.

Haven't posted much lately, have been working long days on some large residential jobs. This week was notably busy, especially Thursday and Friday... We greatly appreciate the opportunity to consistently maintain some of the Twin Lakes' most exclusive properties.

Being real good at pressure washing is one thing...

Maintaining one handed precision with 7 GPM at 2000 PSI while filming with the other hand is next level. 💪

Our oil based deep penetrating stains and sealers are highly effective at helping preserve your wood and do not flake, peel, chip or trap moisture. Excellent water repellency while still allowing the wood to "breathe". Thats why we use them exclusively.

PLEASE call us if you have any questions about staining or restoring your deck. We get called out to look at so many "deck disasters" that could have been avoided with just proper education.

Big thanks to my good buddy Jeremy Miller with Under Pressure Power Washing & Window Cleaning for teaming up with us on this multiple metal roof cleaning job.

Jeremy and I have been helping each other out for a few years now and its always a pleasure working together to accomplish big projects on schedule.

A word of advice, metal roofs are dangerously slick when wet. Please dont try to take on one of these if you dont have the equipment or experience. Saving a few $$$ isnt worth a broken neck, back or your life.
