Customer Update:
We know we previously shared that routes are running two days behind. To help get caught up as quickly as possible, we are running extra trucks.

No matter what day you’re normally picked up, please go ahead and put your garbage out so it will be ready when we’re able to pick it up.

If animals get into your trash or a mess is made during pickup, we will clean it up.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to get everyone back on schedule. Thank you for supporting Lilly Sanitation! Please share!!

🚨 Weather Update – Route Delays 🚨

Due to inclement weather, Lilly Sanitation did not run routes today (Monday 1/26/25).

After speaking with emergency officials and with temperatures expected to freeze again tonight, we have made the decision to not run routes on Tuesday (1/27/25) for the safety of our employees and others on the roadway.

➡️ All routes are bumped back two days this week:
• Monday routes → Wednesday (1/28)
• Tuesday routes → Thursday (1/29)
• Wednesday routes → Friday (1/30)
• Thursday routes → Saturday (1/31)
• Friday routes → Sunday (2/1)

We will get a late start Wednesday and will work through the weekend to ensure all routes are picked up this week.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. The safety of our employees and the public is our top priority.

🚨 Weather Update – Route Service 🚨

Due to the inclement weather, Lilly Sanitation will NOT be running routes on Monday, 1/26/25 for the safety of our customers and our employees.

We will continue to closely monitor the weather and will make a decision regarding the rest of the week as conditions develop. Updates will be posted as soon as decisions are made.
