Mom and dad set the trap, and 7 month old Ashton took the bait!

Ashton’s first Halloween was a little cheesy, a whole lot of cute, and it will be one for the memory book.

Konner made the mouse trap, and Alivia painted it. A last minute trip to Spirit Halloween for the mouse costume. It was the last one on the shelf. Shew…

Amazon failed to get the raccoon costume here in time for the raccoon in the trash can idea. But…this idea was cute and the kids did a great job last minute!

I have good intentions…

Sometimes, I am nice to our clients…

I prepped my dough to make today’s clients and Alivia homemade blueberry and strawberry sourdough pop tarts.

I woke up too late. ⏰

It was the thought that counts….🤷🏼‍♀️ Guess I will take them a loaf of bread today.

Bread has been a meaningful gift across many cultures for generations. It symbolizes and represents caring for someone and wishing them well. Wishing them abundance, prosperity, hospitality, kindness, and comfort.

May there always be enough bread to feed you, enough love to fill your home, and enough blessings to share with other’s.

We need a little “old fashioned” in our lives. We need to go back to the time gifting bread was symbolic.

Yesterday, while cleaning I was thinking about the November scheduling. Deep cleans. Move in/outs. Standard residential’s. Our commercial cleans. A November special.

Goodness, we do a lot of cleaning!

While thinking about all our move in/outs that are on our books and what I will need product wise for each clean…..I got side tracked thinking about all our realtor’s and property owners and managers.

We currently are personally cleaning or have active cleaning bookings for properties with 9 different realtors or property owners.

Not only do they have CQ cleaning their personal property, their business, but referrals for their clients move in/outs have had CQ extra busy.

They are handing us the keys to someone’s biggest investment; representing their reputation just as much as our own.

That kind of trust and respect isn’t built over night. Consistently. Dependability. Adaptation. Time management with time lines and sometimes emergencies.

We have been consistently doing 5-10 move in/outs every month on top of our regular daily, weekly, and monthly schedule. Some of these new homeowners waiting patiently for their clean prior to move in or waiting for our clean prior to listing photography or videography. Just over the next 2 weeks we have an additional 4 homes looking for their new chapter with new families filled with new memories waiting.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE that our college kids think of CQ. Mostly they are thinking of cleanliness, and the standards that have been in place around their home.

Miss K mentioned a couple months ago that they were getting Mr O set up down at IU, and he asked if CQ could come and clean.

Today, Miss Jen texted and said Mr Ayden mentioned CQ was needed at a New York college dorm. If you recall, Mr A use to work for us. This is a good opportunity for him to make some money!

My top 5 Things That Make Your House Look Clean (Even If It’s Not).

1️⃣ Hide the laundry mountain. Your guests don’t need to know. A quick 20 minute sweep of your home does wonders. Start small if it’s overwhelming.

2️⃣ Wipe the counters for an instant glow-up.

3️⃣ Light a candle, an essential oil room spray, or boil a simmer pot because “fresh linen” or “spice” covers a lot of sins.

4️⃣ Straighten the pillows. I am so weird about pillow placement and it’s basically magic for any room.

5️⃣ Clean the bathroom mirror. Boom, professional cleaner vibes. No one wants to see your toothpaste splashes.

6️⃣ Bonus: you should really vacuum the pet hair and hubs beard trimmings. That in itself will feel cleaner and look cleaner.
