Mike and Paula Pailliotet have been involved in the carpet, upholstery and hard surface cleaning industry since 1986. Mike worked for two large companies in the Los Angeles and San Francisco areas before he and Paula started their own business in Santa Cruz Ca in 2001. Mike also puts on seminars and conventions around the country each year. Mike and Paula recently moved to the Carson Valley to start part two of their life. Their family cabin in Bridgeport and a love for the Eastern Sierra brought them to this beautiful area.
