🚨 WE HAVE A CONFESSION TO MAKE… 🚨

We absolutely judge a house when we walk in.

Not because it's messy.

Not because there's laundry everywhere.

Not even because the dog has apparently claimed the entire couch. 🐾😂

We judge it based on one thing…

HOW SATISFYING IS THIS CLEAN GOING TO BE?! 😍🧽

Seriously. Give us a bathroom that needs some love, a kitchen begging for attention, or a floor that's seen better days, and we're already mentally planning the transformation.

Some people love a good mystery. Some love a good romance.

We love a good BEFORE & AFTER. ⭐

And yes, we're probably going to take a picture. With permission, of course! 😂

😂 This one hit a little too close to home.

Owning a business has taught me that you can be **grateful, proud, exhausted, overwhelmed, and completely winging it**… all before lunch. 😂

There are days I wonder what on earth I got myself into, and then I look at what we’ve built — our incredible team, the clients who trust us, and how far 5 Star has come — and I wouldn’t trade it.

Some days we’re crushing goals. Some days we’re just trying to keep the schedule together with caffeine and a prayer. 😂 But either way, we keep showing up, figuring it out, supporting each other, and moving forward.

**Entrepreneurship: 10/10 would recommend. Also 10/10 would like a nap.** 🖤

🛏️ Changing the sheets
😩 Or something else?

Mine might change depending on the day 😂

🚨 **GARDEN VALLEY — WE’RE BUILDING ANOTHER CLEANING TEAM!** 🚨

5 Star Cleaning & Property Management is growing again, and we’re looking for either an **already-established cleaning duo** OR **two incredible individuals who are ready to team up and work together.**

Basically… **pick your partner!** 🙌 Know someone you work amazingly well with? Apply together!

🏡 Our Garden Valley workload consists primarily of **Airbnbs and vacation rentals**, and we have an abundance of work available.

✨ **WHAT WE OFFER:**
• Starting pay of **$20/hour**
• Flexible scheduling — we can work around the right team
• Plenty of available work
• Paid training
• Work alongside a partner you enjoy
• Independence once fully trained
• Opportunities for raises and growth
• Additional hours available through our new **Amazon delivery work — approximately 2–3 extra hours per day**
• Opportunity to group workdays

🚗 **Reliable transportation is REQUIRED**, and because this is Idaho and winter is coming, you must be comfortable and confident driving in snowy/winter conditions.

We’re looking for people who are dependable, detail-oriented, hardworking, communicate well, and take pride in leaving every property guest-ready.

Already have a cleaning partner? **Message us together!**
Applying solo? That’s totally fine too — we may just have your future cleaning partner waiting. 😉

Send me a message with your **location, availability, cleaning experience, and a little about yourself** to get started!

5 Star is hiring in Garden Valley!

We’re looking to add a few reliable people to our team for specific part-time positions:

• CLEANER — Mondays & Wednesdays
• TRASH REMOVAL — Tuesdays & Thursdays
• LAUNDRY RUNNER — Sundays & Mondays

These are part-time positions and hours can vary depending on our vacation rental schedule.

Starting pay is $18–$20/hour with paid training.

You must have reliable transportation, be dependable and be comfortable working independently when needed. Cleaning experience is preferred for the cleaner position, but we’re willing to train the right person.

These positions could also be combined for someone looking for more hours and who has availability on multiple days.

We have a great little crew and just need a few more dependable people to help keep everything running smoothly.

I got to do something this past week that isn’t always easy as a business owner — I stepped away.

And while I was gone, my team handled it.

There were schedule changes, sickness, last-minute hiccups and plenty of the usual chaos that comes with this business, and these ladies just kept rolling with it.

I’m grateful for every single person on our 5 Star team who showed up, helped each other and made sure our clients and properties were taken care of.

But I really need to give some extra recognition to my managers, Jordyn and Melliia. They handled the chaos, made decisions, solved problems and kept their teams moving without needing me to be involved in every little thing. That is HUGE for me.

Building a team you can trust enough to step away for a few days has taken a lot of work, and this week reminded me just how lucky I am to have them.

So proud of my girls and incredibly thankful for the team we’ve built at 5 Star Cleaning & Property Management. You guys killed it this week.
