As the owner of Simply Galveston Real Estate we felt the only way I could control the quality of vacation rental cleaning was to

create a cleaning company that truly understands the importance of this service. As property managers we understand that cleaning the vacation home is one of the most important aspects of my job so that we can create a fantastic guest experience. Quality vacation rental cleaning is the number one reason an owner can achieve a 5 star review. Revenue will be lost if a host receives poor cleaning reviews. You will also lose your ranking with the larger booking companies since poor reviews cause your listing to lose their placement due to negative review. Airbnb is permanently removing listings if you get several negative reviews. In-House provides maintenance for vacation rentals, residential homes and commercial businesses. We would love to be considered for all of your vacation rental needs however we cater to the self managing owner. We work with many out of area investors to create the best reviews possible.
