We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our Commercial Cleaning business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of daily operations, employee supervision, and corresponding with customers. We are willing to train a candidate that has the ability to lead others. This position will be 40-50 hours per week. MUST HAVE A CLEAN BG AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
Duties:
Oversee the daily operations of customer facilities which includes supervision of employees.
Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of employees to ensure clean facilities.
Meet with customers to ensure satisfaction of all accounts.
Direct training of employees to facilitate quality based on the specifications of the account.
Perform quality audits to ensure employees are following the guidelines.
Manage inventory of all cleaning supplies and maintain proper levels.
Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless operations across the organization.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
This position could include times where cleaning is required if all floaters and account managers are busy.
This position could include times where floor care services are needed.
Other tasks may be required as certain situations arise.
Experience:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to lead a team and encourage a positive work environment.
Strong communication skills.
Desire to assist with all tasks that arise to ensure that everything gets completed.
