Just stumbled across this nice handwritten letter I received from a gentleman I did work for a little while back. Unfortunately it was raining the day I received it and so it has some water spots from sitting in the mail box. It reads:
“Collin,
After review the pictures that you forwarded to my attention, I was most favorably impressed with your craftsmanship, your dutifulness to which executes your apparent skills. Have a nice lunch on whatever you choose.
Doc V”
Doctor V. was kind enough to include a nice tip as well, which I greatly appreciated. These are some of the after pictures of a deep clean that was performed to get the property ready for resale. I’m always thrilled when I can meet and exceed my clients’ expectations. The nice gestures, like this letter, really do make this a very rewarding industry to be in.

A few pictures from a job that was recently completed. The owner was actually so happy with the results that they took these photos on their own, and emailed them to us after we left. They wanted us to use them on our social media and for advertising, and we are happy to oblige!

I'll let you guess which one of these pups contribute the most to the constant dog hair crisis in our house (hint: it's the one on the right). This is the dirt, hair, and dust that has accumulated on our living room carpet since our last vacuum two weeks ago. It's a well known fact, that the best boys and girls shed a lot so we're used to it at this point.
It's especially important to stay on top of your house cleaning game when you have pets, as the hair and dirt they bring into your home gets everywhere, not just your carpet – on your clothes, your furniture, your bed, and more. We are veterans when it comes to picking up after pets, and we will rid your home of doggie debris.
