During a routine clean I was asked to shampoo the carpet in a room upstairs. While chatting about the carpet, my client mentioned that her grand dog made a mess on her new gray carpet downstairs. She had tried cleaning it with several different products so I was worried the stain may be set in the carpet. I wanted to go ahead and give it a try while I already had my cleaner with me. There is still a very faint spot but it lightened up so much!
