3 We believe in paying our cleaners 50% more than their peers in industry, so that we retain only the best cleaning talent.

4 We believe that each of our cleaning teams should only do 2 to 3 cleaning jobs today so they can provide excellent unrushed service.

5 We believe in leveraging the latest technology to ensure the customer has seamless booking and communication experience with their cleaning appointment.

6 We believe in deeply listening to our customers requests and being detail oriented to fufill them.

7 We believe in creating a relationship with our customers that will inspire them to have us clean their homes on a regular basis
