Hello I do not know if this is allowed in this group but i wanted to share. to pass the word November 30, 2023 a local teenager who attended JCHS 15 year old Ty Kinnaird was involved in a tragic shooting accident and unfortunately Ty passed away. His mother Kathy Kinnaird is wanting to do something to honor her child so we have started the Ty Kinnaird memorial award fund. We have started a page to help with donations and to share pictures and memories of him . The donations we receive will go towards helping 2 graduates a student that takes HVAC. because that was what he planned on doing when he graduated and one in the JCHS band in blue because Ty loved music he played guitar he was self taught. He was a great kid. He was one of our kids, We our known for helping our fellow neighbors and this is a way to do it. it will help 2 deserving kids graduate and it is a great way to honor Ty and keep his memory alive. We will be also doing bake sales selling braclets and doing other things to raise money. We also have a drawing that started at 1pm today and ends tomorrow at 4pm . so please go join his page. Southern sass boutique owned by Julie Estep Thomas has donated a $25 gift certificate for the drawing. so whoever venmos until 4pm tomorrow no matter the amount will be in a drawing for the gift certificate. so it will be supporting a local business as well. so please join and follow the page and if you have any questions you can message myself or Kathy kInnaird. Thank you
