Our services and prices are as followed;
• Office cleaning; $25 hr
Including trash, dusting, cleaning out fridge, microwave/toaster oven, any major kitchen appliance. Floors swept, mopped, and/or vacuumed, bathroom fully cleaned.
• Rental homes; $40 hr
Including cleaning walls, windows, ceilings, inside cabinets, fridge, stove, any major appliances, bathroom deep cleaned, deep carpet cleaning.
• Construction clean up; $25 hr
Including trash ( inside and outside of establishment ), sweep, mop, vacuum, dusting, window/glass cleaning.
• Deep Cleaning; $40 hr
Including light housekeeping, along with cleaning fridges, ovens, inside cabinets, doing laundry, folded/ ironed and put away, organizing, changing out bed covers.
• light housekeeping; $30 hr
Including basic clean in bedrooms, bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Home’s exceeding more than 3 bedrooms, we charge $10 each extra bedroom per cleaning appointment, NOT hourly.
