Number one maintenance issue is grease down the drain. Causes clogs and is bad for the smell and upkeep of your sink. Need to pour out hot grease? Fold a sheet of foil and form it to your sink drain. Pour in the hot grease and let it completely cool. Then simply pull it up and throw away!

Prices are on a sliding scale...

Base Prices are based on an average 2bdrm 1bath home. Prices go up with additional rooms and/or bathrooms:

Personal Homes:

$60 for 2bed/1bath
Basic maintenance cleaning

including bathrooms, kitchen &, basic vacuum!
Additional bedrooms, Windows, inside the oven, blinds &, dusting are $5-15 extra per service!
(Depending on difficulty and amount of extra time required)
(1st Visit is $75 for Deep Cleaning or less depending on the required time and energy needed for your home!)
Every visit after is Maintaining and we will decide together what is needed to come to a final cost per visit! $50 is a base price setting and change of that is dependent on each home!)

One-Time Cleaning:

$80 for a 2bed/1bath
I add $10 per bedroom and per bathroom. $5-$15 extra per extra service, depending on difficulty (windows, blinds, oven, refrigerator and so on)

Move In/Move Outs:

$150 for 2bed/1bath
Deep cleaning... including baseboards, spot clean walls, windows, bathrooms, dusting, kitchen, vacuum, sweep, mop!
$10-15 per extra rm/ba, blinds or, extra deep cleaning ovens or other areas that need deeper cleaning! (Depending on difficulty and amount of extra time required)

Business buildings:
$150 per floor up to 20 cubicles or 2 offices with lobby and one bathroom
Includes trash emptied for entire building, vacuum of major traffic areas, bathrooms basic clean, trash emptied &, supplies replaced!
