Today’s Tip Tuesday
Air Freshener DIY

What you’ll need:

* Scented beads (any brand)
* Dryer sheets
* Any ribbon or string

How-to:
* For an easier process, use the lid of the scented beads to place your dryer sheet in
* Put in about one table spoon of the scented beads into the dryer sheet
* With your string, tie your dryer sheet creating your little baggie
* And VOILA! All done!

You can use these to freshen up any space! And even better; it’s easy to make! Freshen up your drawers, closets, laundry baskets, under furniture etc!

Let’s keep our sinks looking shiny and clean for longer amount of time! How?
Super easy and simple....

• Clean your stainless steal sink and dry thoroughly
• With a sheet of wax paper, rub and coat the entire sink. Thus leaving a coat of wax.

This with help prevent water stains and leave you sink cleaner for a longer amount of time! When it starts to wear off, just clean, rinse, dry and repeat!

Today’s Tip Tuesday: How to remove build-up and properly clean your humidifier.
Think about it, the water that makes your humidifier run smoothly can also hold/store mold or microbes and like any appliance — particularly those which use water will require some basic maintenance and regular disinfection in order to perform at its best..
Each type of humidifier is constructed a little differently, but most include a water tank and operating base.
Pour enough un-diluted white vinegar into the water tank
Just pour two cups of un-diluted white vinegar into the water tank then place the vinegar-filled tank on the base and allow it to drain into the reservoir for 15 - 30 minutes. Empty it and use a small brush to scrub crevices, removing remaining any build-up. Now just rinse with regular tap water a VOILA! Your humidifier is now clean and ready to keep enjoying.

P.S. Try to clean your humidifier every 3 days to a week depending on how frequently you use it 🙂

With spring being only 9 days away, that means the spring cleaning season is just around the corner. Here are a few kitchen deep cleaning tips to start the season off right!

• Refrigerator clean out
- Start by emptying everything out then spray down the interior and let it sit while throwing out expired foods and organizing by category. - remove the interior and wash down with warm soapy water

• Counter space
- remove small appliances (toaster, microwave, coffee machine, etc.)
- deep clean appliances, for they’re used on the daily and don’t regularly get cleaned out

• Sink cleaning -stainless steel sinks still get unwanted water stains
- scrub sink with a dime size amount of whitening toothpaste and wipe down with a microfiber cloth.
