Dear friends, clients, and neighbors,
As you may have noticed, we don’t post here often—we are usually far too focused on the day-to-day operations of our business. However, it recently came to my attention that we have received several new online reviews.
We sincerely appreciate those who provide honest feedback about our service. Unfortunately, it appears there are actors or competitors using dishonest tactics to demean our hard work. We have found that several recent negative posts are 100% inaccurate; the names provided do not match any clients in our system, past or present.
To those like Sophie C.: We have no record of ever servicing your home. If you truly were a client, please provide the invoice you claim was overcharged so we can investigate. Otherwise, we ask that you remain honest.
To those who know me as a business operator: You know my commitment to transparency, honesty, and integrity. To you, I send a skyscraper of thanks. I look forward to continuing to serve you for as long as we are able.
To our employees: With tenures ranging from 2 to 17 years, you are the heart of this company. You truly own the quality of service that our clients love you for.
