Project number 1 for the day. Started at 920 finished at 1045. At over 4k square ft and based off national averages this home and detached prob should be around 1200 dollars, however, they've been with me for well over 10 years and call faithfully every 2 years. Property is well kept and never takes that long to wash. I still charge a fair amount but it's no where near what some of these other guys would charge. I'm not the 99 dollar guy but if your repeatedly using MonsterWash, you won't be paying a fortune either. There's not a spec of green, dirt or grime on this house. No short cuts. Don't fall for the hyped up talk that includes a high dollar ticket when you just want your home to look respectable again.
