How the the coin box works is you make the initial deposit of $3.00 this gets you the initial 4 minutes. Anything that you deposit after that initial payment adds time. Do not let it run out of time when it is beeping at you the user needs to add more time and at that point you can add single quarters or cash to extend your time.
