Our W.I.L.L. (Women in Laundry Leadership) meeting is next Thursday, July 30th and we would love to see you there.

This session is all about AI, but not in a high-level, overwhelming way. Leslie Farmer is joining us to walk through practical, everyday AI use cases that meet you exactly where you are. Last week, 30 members of our SMART Group gathered in Chicago for a few days that reminded us exactly why this group is something special.

We kicked things off with a plant tour of Roscoe Company, a team whose commitment to their people, their operations, and to advancing this industry through knowledge sharing is truly impressive. From there, the group was joined by Dan Lier, who brought the room to life with insights on sales, prospecting, and persistence. Practical messaging and coaching tools that every member could take straight back to their teams.

Best Ideas were shared, critical issues were worked through, and the connections came naturally. Over a happy hour with Chicago deep dish, a group dinner, and collaboration woven into every moment of the meeting, there was no shortage of good conversation.

This group is built on something real. Members don't just attend, they invest in one another's success. That showed up in a big way when we took a moment to celebrate Mark Stedman, a SMART Group member since nearly the very beginning, as he steps into a well-earned retirement. The relationships in that room told the whole story. Congratulations, Mark and thank you, Paul Radley, for a toast that said it perfectly.

The result? A 96% net promoter score following the meeting.
