Policy: Taking Before and After Pictures

This policy applies to all employees of Truly Cleaned LLC who provide cleaning services.

Procedure:

Before starting any cleaning work, we take a "before" pictures of the area to be cleaned. The picture should be clear and show the entire area.

We also take an "after" pictures of the area once the cleaning is complete. The picture is to be clear and show the entire area.

The "before" and "after" pictures will be stored securely and used for future reference if needed.

Clients may request to see the "before" and "after" pictures, and they will be provided upon request.

Pictures are not to used on company page without permission or shared.

Consequences:
Employees who fail to follow this policy may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
