❤️ What a couple of days it has been for our community…

The last two days have been absolutely crazy here in Livingston County. 💔

It started Wednesday night with a powerful storm that ripped through the Howell area, leaving so many people without power and causing a lot of damage. Then Thursday brought another round of severe thunderstorms and the threat of a possible tornado, leaving even more people without power, trees and debris down, and some roads nearly impossible to get through.

And then, just when we thought we might catch a break… Friday morning brought torrential rain and flooding. 🌧️

We’ve had clients who have had to cancel because they’re still without power, and we’ve had to reschedule some of our own cleanings today because, quite honestly, we couldn’t safely get where we needed to go without dealing with flooded roads, debris, delays and unsafe driving conditions.

We know everyone has been affected differently, but we just want to take a moment to say we hope everyone is okay. ❤️

If you’re still without power, we’re hoping it’s restored soon. If you’ve had damage to your home or property, we’re hoping you’re able to get the help you need quickly. And if you’ve been lucky enough to come through these storms without major issues, we hope you’ll check on your neighbors, friends and family who may not have been so fortunate.

Our community has been through a lot these last couple of days. Please be patient with one another, stay safe, and give yourself a little grace while everyone works to get things back to normal.

From our family to yours, we’re thinking of you all. Stay safe, Livingston County. ❤️🌧️

🍓🥞 LOCAL BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT: BRUNCH BERRY! 🥓🍳

We LOVE finding new local places to eat, and we have to give a little shoutout to Brunch Berry! 🫶🏼

If you haven’t tried this new breakfast & lunch spot yet, you NEED to! Everything we’ve had has been SO good, but those pancakes… 🤤🥞 Seriously AMAZING!

They have a great variety of breakfast and lunch options, from hearty breakfast plates loaded with eggs, potatoes, veggies & meat to delicious breakfast wraps, fresh fruit and, of course, those beautiful pancakes! 🍓🫐🍊

And clearly, we aren’t the only ones who think they’re good because this place is PACKED on the weekends — we’re talking lines out the door! 😳

💡 Our tip: If you can, try going early on a weekday. You’ll have a much better chance of walking right in without the weekend wait!

✨ Initial Deep Clean vs. Deluxe Clean — Why Is the First Clean More? ✨

We’ve recently had a few people ask us why our initial cleaning price is higher than our standard Deluxe Clean, especially when the services may look very similar on paper. We completely understand the question, so we wanted to explain! ❤️

When we do a walkthrough, we can get a good idea of the size and overall condition of a home, but there are certain things we simply cannot see until we actually start cleaning.

Once we begin working in a home for the first time, we often uncover areas that haven’t been thoroughly cleaned in months—or sometimes years. Dust and buildup can collect on baseboards, doors, trim, cabinet details, light fixtures, behind and around furniture, bathroom surfaces, and all of those little areas that aren’t necessarily noticeable during a walkthrough.

And that’s exactly why you hire a professional cleaning company! 🧼✨

Your initial clean takes us longer. Our goal isn’t to simply come in, wipe things down, and call it good. We want to put the time and attention into your home to get it to the level we expect when we put our name on the job.

Think of the Initial Deep Clean as the reset. 🏡✨

Once we’ve established that baseline and your home is being regularly maintained, our Deluxe Clean can be performed more efficiently because we’re maintaining the level of clean we’ve already established.

So while the checklist may look very similar, the amount of time, detail, and work required during that first visit is what makes the initial cleaning price different.

We don’t charge more because we want to—we charge based on the time and labor required to do the job correctly. ❤️

And we truly appreciate every client who trusts Classy Sisters Cleaning to take that first step with us!

Some of our favorite homes to clean aren’t just beautiful inside… they come with the most amazing views outside! 🦌🤎

We have some incredibly sweet clients, and we always love coming to their home. It’s absolutely beautiful, it’s tucked away in the most peaceful location, and almost every time we’re there, the backyard is filled with deer!

Today was extra special — two mama deer and their babies! 🥹🦌🦌

It’s one of those little moments that makes us stop what we’re doing, take it all in, and feel so lucky to get to see something this beautiful while we’re working.

Cleaning beautiful homes AND getting a front-row seat to nature? We’ll take it! 🤎✨

✨ Before-and-After✨

This beautiful light fixture was looking pretty dusty and neglected, but after a good cleaning, look at that shine! 🤍

A clean home is about more than just the floors and countertops. Even your light fixtures deserve a little love too! 🧼✨

✨ A little before-and-after magic! ✨

🧼✨ This sink went from dull and dingy to fresh, clean, and shining again. 😍

There’s just something so satisfying about watching the grime disappear and seeing that sparkle come back! ✨

Now THAT is a sink transformation! 👏
