Some stories you just can't make up... these clients faced a MAJOR full house (second floor, main floor, finished basement) flood days before selling this beautiful home! This was a joint effort where we worked with the existing and future home owners to turn this nightmare of a situation into a happily ever after. New flooring, new drywall, new electrical, new paint, new fixtures, new stairs and NEW HOMEOWNERS who welcomed a new baby during all of this! This was one for the books.

Emergency work is never any fun! When this client went to have a new fireplace installed, she had no idea what was in store. The existing chimney was completely rotted out and thankfully hadn't collapsed. We worked with the client to 1.calm her nerves, and 2. find a solution that wouldn't break the bank. We think it was a homerun! She can now rest easy next to that fireplace this upcoming fall!

We love what we do, but we feel horrible for our amazing customers when we get emergency water remediation calls. If your pumps are not in working order feel free to reach out to get them installed today.
Our best advice regarding storms:
1. Check that your pumps are in working order!
2. Make sure that your home insurance has a sump pump rider!!

These homeowners love to entertain, and there's no better place to gather with family and friends, than in the kitchen. What a pleasure it was to work with them on this space, and we can't wait to join them for a drink around that island!
Changing the footprint from long and narrow to wide and open made all the difference.
Our friends at Oxford Cabinetry LLC once again hit it out of the park with these custom cabinets. The interior detailing in the drawers was especially fun to include on this projeect.
