According to information provided to our team, portions of the exterior glass had not been professionally cleaned in more than 20 years. Decades of dirt, environmental pollution, organic buildup, and surface contamination required a much more detailed approach than standard window washing.

This Port of Oakland project focused on precision, safety, environmental responsibility, and quality workmanship. Instead of using aggressive high-pressure washing that can damage delicate Alucobond panels and architectural finishes, our team performed a specialized low-pressure soft wash treatment combined with meticulous hand scrubbing of each individual panel to achieve the safest and highest-quality results possible.
