🩷 Just a little something I want y'all to know! If you've ever received a text message from me checking in about cleaning services, I want you to know that it's NOT an automated message or some mass text being sent out to hundreds of people.

❤️ “I never felt judged.” Out of everything in this beautiful review, those four words really got me..... Today Claudia & I had the opportunity to help a woman who has been carrying a lot lately. Life has been heavy for her & keeping up with her home had become overwhelming & you know what? That happens.... LIFE HAPPENS.... Sometimes we're just trying to make it through the day & the house becomes one more thing weighing on us. When someone opens their front door & allows us into their personal space, especially when they're already feeling embarrassed or overwhelmed, I don't take that for granted.

My job is to clean your home absolutely.... Buttttt I also want you to feel comfortable, respected & cared for while we're there through the whole process. This evening I encouraged her to light a candle, take a hot bath & enjoy her freshly cleaned bathroom. Just have a little time to herself tonight. ❤️

Me & your toilet have a VERY intimate relationship. 🚽🤣💀 I'm talking knees on the floor, head practically wrapped around the toilet, reaching into places nobody wants to think about. LOL.

Listen, when I say I clean your toilet I don't mean swishing a brush around the bowl, wiping down the seat & calling it a day.... I'm getting behind it, around the base, underneath those awkward little curves & into the areas where dust, hair, urine residue & all kinds of other lovely things like to collect. 😬

But here's something I wish more people knew about cleaning! The products you use matter, but so does HOW you use them!

A lot of disinfectants require what's called dwell time, meaning the surface needs to stay visibly wet for a specific amount of time for the product to work as directed.

Spraying something on & immediately wiping it off doesn't necessarily mean you've disinfected anything!

Different products also serve different purposes. Some are designed to remove buildup, while others are formulated to disinfect. And not every product is safe for every surface!

That's why I pay attention to the products I'm using, the manufacturer's instructions & the surfaces I'm working on.

And while the product is doing its job, I'm usually somewhere on the bathroom floor having a very personal moment with your toilet. 🤣🤣 A clean looking toilet & a properly cleaned toilet aren't always the same thing!

Luxury cleaning isn't always glamorous. Sometimes it's me folded up like a pretzel behind your toilet, making sure the details aren't overlooked. 💁‍♀️

I'm so incredibly thankful for the people God has placed in my life through this little business of mine. 🩷 At the end of the day, I'm not just building a cleaning business. I'm building a life for my children, relationships built on trust & something that I pray leaves a lasting impact on the people I cross paths with. Want to keep your shower glass looking cleaner for LONGER? 👀🫧 One of the easiest ways to slow down that stubborn hard water buildup & soap scum is to keep a squeegee in your shower!

After each shower, take just 30 seconds to wipe down the glass & remove excess water. Trust me, that tiny habit can make a BIG difference over time, especially with the hard water we have here in Texas! 😅

A few more tips! 👇🏼

* Leave your shower door open afterward to allow better airflow.

* Run your bathroom exhaust fan during & after showering to help reduce moisture.

* Wipe down your shower fixtures regularly to prevent mineral deposits from building up.

* Don't wait until your shower glass looks cloudy to give it some attention! Prevention is MUCH easier than trying to remove months of buildup.

And remember, once hard water deposits have been sitting for a long time, they can become extremely stubborn. In some cases, permanent etching can occur, which means even professional cleaning may not fully restore the glass.

A little maintenance goes a LONG way! 🩷
