Granbury... I'm so excited to finally be serving this community. 🩷

The last couple of weeks have been a whirlwind, and I honestly don't think it's all sunk in yet.

When I started A1 Sparkle & Shine, I prayed that God would bless the work of my hands. I prayed for the right clients, opportunities to grow & a life that looked completely different than the one I was living.

Looking back now, it's amazing to see how faithful He's been.

🧽 Cleaning Tip of the Day: Don't rush your bathroom cleaner! 🚿

Spray your shower, tub, sink or toilet & let the cleaner sit for 5 to 10 minutes before scrubbing. That extra time allows the product to break down soap scum, hard water buildup & grime so the cleaner does the hard work, not your arms. 💪✨

🧽 Cleaning Tip of the Day

One of the biggest mistakes people make is spraying a cleaner and immediately wiping it away.

Instead, spray your bathroom cleaner and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes before scrubbing. That "dwell time" gives the product a chance to break down soap scum, hard water deposits, body oils & grime so the cleaner does the heavy lifting, not your arm. 💪

A few extra tips: Spray your shower first, then move on to the toilet, mirrors, or countertops while it sits. Use a non-scratch scrub pad or brush after the cleaner has had time to work. Rinse thoroughly to avoid residue that can attract more dirt.

A good order to follow is:

Sometimes this job is celebrating new beginnings....Sometimes it's saying goodbye... & sometimes... it's both in the very same day. 🩷

Today I completed a move out clean for a wonderful client who recently welcomed a new baby & is starting an exciting new chapter in another state. I'm so grateful I got to be a small part of her journey & I'll truly miss caring for her home.

Later, I cleaned the home of one of my very first biweekly clients for the first time since she passed away. Walking into a home you've cared for for so long and not being greeted by the person who made it feel so special is something that's hard to put into words.

People often see the before & after photos but they don't always see the relationships built along the way.
