We are a growing and reputable pool service company that has an immediate opening for a Pool Maintenance Technician! This is a full-time W-2 position that will be responsible for a weekly residential pool route.

This position will be in our Pool Cleaning Department and will report directly to our head pool cleaner.

Requirements of a Pool Maintenance Technician:

Must be physically able to be outdoors all day year-round in heat, rain, and cold temperatures.

Ability to lift 50-100lbs of equipment and chemicals

Must be able to pass a background check and hold a valid Texas driver’s license

Job responsibilities include:

- A technician is responsible for a pool route of approximately 50-60 pools or a combination of pool route and filter cleans. This will depend on the applicant’s experience.

Pay and benefits include:

- Earning Potential Anywhere Between $700-$1000/wk (this is dependent upon your experience and amount of work you are able to complete within a week.)

- An experienced technician will receive a $1,000 Signing Bonus Paid In 4 Monthly Installments

- Week of Christmas is Paid Time Off

- Additional Earnings Possible by sales bonuses and commission on parts/repairs

The ideal candidate will be a hard worker of the highest moral character and integrity. Our customers pay a premium for our service so our employees are expected to be absolute experts in properly balancing chemicals and they must not leave a job until it is perfect and completed properly. Attention to detail and impeccable customer service are a must. Company truck would be provided. Applicant must have a workable smart phone. This is a long-term permanent W-2 position. Our customers are mostly in the N. Fort Worth, Trophy Club, Keller, Southlake, Grapevine area so it would be preferred that applicants live within 30 miles of our service area.'

Here is a flashback to a failed product from 2015. Kover Kritter. This cover was for your navigator so the kids wouldn't be scared of it. She didn't factor in shipping would cost around $25 for each unit because of the size and weight. That kinda sunk it. 😆

We are a growing and reputable pool service company that has an immediate opening for a Pool Service Technician! This is a full-time W-2 position that will be responsible for a weekly pool route. Experience completing filter cleans a plus. Pay for an experienced technician will be $15 per pool for between 55-60 pools per week.

This position will be primarily in our Pool Cleaning Department and will report directly to our head pool cleaner .
Job requirements include:

- Pool maintenance experience required. Minimum one year experience preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of chemical readings and pool water balancing.
- CPO preferred, but not required. $250 bonus if you already have CPO!
- Experience with minor repairs, filter cleans, drain & cleans, one-time cleans, green-to-cleans, and other standard one-time pool services a plus.
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record (no recent DUI's, etc.)
- Clean background check.
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs. on a regular basis.

Job responsibilities include:

- Responsibility for a residential pool route of approximately 55-60 pools or a combination of pool route and other clean up work such as filter cleans, one-time cleans, green-to-cleans, calcium cleans. This will depend on the applicant’s experience.

Pay and benefits include:

- $15 per pool plus commissions for an experienced technician!
- Pay is hourly plus commission for one-time services and repair work.
- Company Truck Provided
- Paid time off for the week of Christmas.
