This is the time of year that pests like ants are coming into our bathrooms and kitchens looking for water and food. Please do not spray ants because that will only cause them to run and makes it harder to find their trail or possible nest. Baits are best. Here is a picture of ant bait in straws which the ants are loving. They eat the bait, take it back to the nest and eliminates the colony.

As temperatures rise, and wasp become a bit more active we have received many calls to treat them. There is not anything that can be done with wasp if you just see them flying around. The only way to get rid of them is to destroy a nest. If you cannot see a nest, there really isn't anything that can be done. They are a flying insect.
However, there is a DIY trap you can make with household items that can cut their numbers down before they find the perfect nesting spot.
