$12 an hour no experience preferred. 90 day temp to hire 1099. Must have valid DL, no more then 3 moving violations last 5 years. 8am till we are done. We work in all elements hot cold rain ect. Mon - friday, sometimes Saturday. Must not be afraid to work, not a hard job but you do have to work and do a good job. You will have 8 to 13 stops to complete on your own after training. Looking for experience swimming pool teck or I will train the right individual. Around 60 pools per week, + extra work if you want it.
Pay is 1099 first 90 days temp to hire, $10 hour during training 2-3 weeks depending on experience and how fast you learn, then $12 per hour. After 90 days we will add incentive bonuses for performance and quality work. Clean driving record required, no moving violations in last 5 years, no felonies, must be reliable and able to work unsupervised, company truck and tools provided. Most holidays off. This is a demanding job but is steady work. I am a small company and am looking for the right people to grow with the company as it grows. Start date is 01/4/21

If you have lost power for more then 1.5 hours and have a pool, turn off your pool equipment breakers, pull all of your drain plugs on the equipment & put half filled jugs in the pool and hope for the best. We will be here for you when it all thaws out. Stay warm and be safe.
