Did you know that something as simply as making your bed every morning can increase productivity, decrease stress and improve your quality of sleep?

If you don’t have the time or mental or physical strength to do anything else today, just make your bed.
It doent have to be perfect, it doesnt have to be neat, it doesn’t need 10 thousand decorative pillows, the sheets don’t have to match… just make your bed.
