It is that time of year again!  we would love to earn your vote for the best of Hancock County for heating and air-conditioning! However, I will not be pushing or advertising this a lot this summer, after last year realizing this is just kind of a cash grab for the daily reporter they charge anywhere between a few hundred and several hundred dollars for you to have an advertisement if you do end up winning we would still love to get your vote, but this will probably be the only post about it! Today we had a little bit of a untraditional air-conditioning replacement for the owner of this investment property. Another customer upgraded their HVAC today! Normally, we do not want to put high-efficiency furnaces in the attic, but they will be building a small room around the furnace to keep the area somewhat conditioned and avoid freezing in the winter months.
