🌪️ Storms come and go, but we’re always here for our properties. 🤍🏡

Being an STR owner means trusting someone to care for your property even when you can’t be there yourself. That’s something we take seriously at Coast & Key Property Services.

After the storm, we were out checking on our properties, assessing the mess, and getting to work on cleanup. Because what we do goes beyond just cleaning between guests. It’s about protecting your investment, keeping an eye on your property, and giving you peace of mind when you’re miles away. 🌴✨

Your property isn’t just another turnover on our schedule. It’s a home we’re trusted to care for. And that responsibility doesn’t stop when the weather gets rough.

📍 Serving STR owners throughout Niceville, Destin, Fort Walton Beach & surrounding areas.

It's been a busy day! We made sure all of the properties under our care were storm prepped. Moved in all the patio furniture, decorations, etc. We had several last minute cancellations & early departures of guests, making for a slower week than normal next week (not complaining, we've been busier than ever and we are so so so thankful! 😌)

We will be getting out of town this weekend. We will be back Monday & business as usual next week (pending power & water, of course). We hope everyone stays safe during the storm. If any of our recurring clients or property owners need storm clean up, we are here to help. Please, just let us know. We will be making rounds to check on our short term rentals & reset them for incoming guests. 🫶🏼

Happy Friday!! Who else is ready for the weekend?

The difference a good clean can make… 👏✨

Sometimes a space doesn’t need anything new.

It just needs a reset.

A little elbow grease, attention to detail, and a LOT of cleaning can completely change the way a home feels.

This is one of our favorite parts of what we do. We take a space from “I don’t even know where to start” to fresh, clean, and ready to enjoy. 🤍

Need a reset?

A professional clean is about more than making a home look clean. 🧼✨

It’s the little details that make the biggest difference:

✨ Light switches & door handles
✨ Faucets & fixtures
✨ Kitchen surfaces & appliances
✨ Bathroom buildup
✨ Baseboards & trim
✨ Floors & corners
✨ Dust in the places you don’t always notice
✨ Leaving the entire home feeling fresh and reset

Our goal isn’t just for your home to look clean when we leave.

We want you to walk through the door and FEEL the difference. 🩵
