Secure Property Attendants of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Owner Angela Thomason was born and raised in a sleepy little Air Force town next to the largest land base in the world. The world’s luckiest fishing village, just a few miles down the road, gave her a small-town upbringing while introducing her to a wide world of people and cultures. As Angela grew up, she watched her hometown transition from a predominantly military/industrial-driven economy into a vacation mecca for people from around the globe.

The Emerald Coast has sugar-white-sand beaches, with crystal-clear, emerald waters and serves as a second home to many. Angela has had the privilege of being a native and, as such, she wants all property owners to have pride in their property.

Angela has worked for one of the premiere custom-home builders in Destin and South Walton. Without this footing in home construction, her venture as a Home Watch business owner might not have happened. Since 2013, custom home clients have asked Angela to check on their unoccupied homes for warranty repairs, yearly termite inspections, monthly pest control, and other small issues. It was only after one of her clients suggested that she make a business out of her services that she began to research the idea and decided it was the perfect opportunity for her!

Angela says she feels honored and privileged to be trusted by her clients to take care of their residences while they are away. She wants to build the same trust and integrity with other homeowners who need a reliable, secure attendant for their properties. Angela looks forward to building those relationships and serving the people who call this area their home away from home.
