Hi! It’s Michele. I was just informed of a post made about the laundry mat and I would like to clarify the facts. I received a message on Tuesday evening saying that a customer found bed bugs in one of our chairs. I thanked her for alerting us and told her I would take care of it. On Wednesday, I purchased the bed bug spray and treated the laundry mat. I also took the removable cushions off and placed them in the dryer at high heat as well. I know that this is a concerning issue, but unfortunately we don’t live in a perfect world. Before we opened(18 years ago) the consultant who owned 17 laundries at the time told us we would always have bugs. This was because people carry them in. We treat our facility weekly for pests. We keep our business clean. If there is a problem brought to our attention, we do our best to take care of it. Thank you for your patronage. We appreciate your support of our business. Michele
