As of 10/30/2025 @ 1:15pm roughly 92-95% of refunds have been issued. Everybody who had paid via ACH or Credit Card (Autopay included) have been issued a refund and will see a deposit sometime in the next couple days. The remaining 5% (paid via cash/check/money order) will be issued money orders and they will be sent out tomorrow night to finish the final round of refunds. I will make an announcement on the SRS Containers that were not sold to 4 State Sanitation by the end of next week when we figure out the logistics of collecting them.

I just wanted to thank everyone who used us as a service for so long. As of today I am officially shut down. The phone line will be down until Saturday, October 25th, 2025. On that day the phone will be turned back on and refunds will be issued to anybody who is was unable to switch to 4 State Sanitation.

I am currently out of state on Honeymoon (this all started two days before my wedding)
and my wife will not be happy if I continue to work for anymore of this trip. Refunds and return calls will begin at once on October 25th.

ALL ROUTES HAVE BEEN POSTPONED: We are trying to get the truck back up and running today however it is not guaranteed. At 1:30am I received a call that our rear axle came out from under the truck while the crew was driving and thankfully both are fine. This happened at the worst time for us since we will have our new truck on the road at the end of the month and this truck will be retired. We will keep you updated on any developments.

We are currently looking to expand our route in the Redfield and Uniontown areas. If know you anyone that would be interested please send them our way.

Our current rate for the area is $19.00 with an included 96-Gallon Cart. We have 50 open slots as of right now and are currently forecasting another few hundred slots opening by the end of the year.

REMINDER: Starting September 1st, 2025 we are now on a prepay model. If you have an unpaid balance your service will be paused UNLESS you have already spoken to us about payment details.

We will also have an update at some point this month on a compactor truck that we have recently purchased and in the process of getting route ready.

With next Friday being the 4th of July we will be slightly amending our Friday schedule. Fort Scott will be collected Thursday afternoon with all other stops being collected at their normal times Friday morning. Any substantial overage or bulky items may be left until the next week per the drivers discretion.

Today’s route is postponed for a few hours. Our truck got bogged down due to flood waters. If you are not collected by 5pm today then you will be collected on Friday morning.

We will be closed next Thursday for Juneteenth. Thursday customers should set their cans out Tuesday night for a Wednesday pick up. Our normal Wednesday customers will see a 3 hour delay in their normal pick up schedule for this week.

We recently had a customer reach out to us about our email billing in response to receiving a physical bill instead of an email even though they had provided one. After some investigation we discovered that only a handful of people had email billing enabled. After doing some more digging we found that the option was deactivated for everybody but those few customers. We have since activated email billing for everybody that has an email linked to their account. Please keep an eye out in your email during the next bill period and as always if you have any questions feel free to get ahold of us.

We are increasingly running into limbs, leaves, and dirt left unbagged in the cart at time of pick up. Please make sure that all items are bagged correctly as we can and will get into trouble for dumping yard waste if it is not bagged. We are making note of the customers who are actively doing this and will be reaching out soon.

With Friday, April 18th being Good Friday we will be closed for the day. All Friday customers will be collected Thursday afternoon with some being collected in the early hours of Friday morning. We ask that everybody (with a normal collection day of Friday) to please start setting your trash out on Wednesday for next week only.
