At first glance the homeonwer's were adomate the leak was next to their j-box. As we all know water travels and at a fast rate under pressure. We here at Pool Solutions refuse to jump the gun and waste time excavating several locations, tearing up the property at guessing where the break could be.
Instead we take stratigic route, slow and steady wins the race right!? By running water and air and utilaizing the ultrasonic sound equipment we were able to identify the water was trailing from the spa jets right outside the spa shell approximately 10 feet away.
Pool Solutions sucessfully replaced the broken spa jet and replumbed stress free, backfilling, and concrete patch the hole ready for texture topping and paint by others.

This main drain plumbing was found completely seperated at the elbow, it no wonder the pool was dropping so fast.
Pool Solutions suceeded in repairing the plumbing stress free and was able to prop the deck for a river rock company to complete the topping.

Durable crack repair from start to finish.

We've mentioned in the past about natural ground settlement causing stress on plumbing and causing breaks in plumbing; but what we may not realise is the stress it can cause on the pool finish.
Here are 2 structural cracks Pool Solutions identified, that were leaking. We were able to temporarily seal them with epoxy, but that is just a band-aid repair and the cracks will eventually open and leak in the future.
Pool Solutions is all about giving final solutions to your pool leak issues. For structural a crack, it is important to cut out the entire source of the crack, rebar pin per pool industry standards, and apply special membrane to prevent the rust from rebar from coming through in the future. There will be a noticable new to old shade varience in the finish patch but bet your bottom dollar it will not leak and spread in the future.
We will even provide a light acid wash to brighten up the entirety of the pools finish and to help blend in the freshly installed finish patch.

Pool main drain plumbing under paver deck. Pool Solutions lifted the pavers where water was pouring up through the deck right next to the deep end ladder. After exposing the break, we replumbed stress free, and reinstalled the pavers making it look like new.
