Job Overview
This is a hands-on, full-time career perfect for night owls who enjoy physical work and want to learn a specialized trade. Because we service commercial kitchens when they are closed, your shift will typically start between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM, running into the early morning hours.
Please Note: This is not a standard set-schedule job where you work the exact same hours every single day. Because restaurant needs vary, your daily hours and finish times will change. However, to help you plan, we post a flexible schedule weekly in advance.
A typical shift begins at our shop, where you will review the day’s schedule, prep your service truck, and head out with an experienced team to multiple job locations.
Key Responsibilities
Power Washing & Cleaning: Safely and thoroughly clean commercial kitchen exhaust, hood systems, and fans to eliminate grease and prevent fire hazards.
Ladder & Roof Work: Utilize ladders daily to access exhaust systems, fans, and roof areas safely.
Compliance: Ensure all cleaning meets strict regulatory and fire safety standards.
Teamwork: Partner with experienced crew members to complete jobs efficiently.
What We Are Looking For
Comfort with Heights: You must be completely comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs.
Reliability: A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, reliable personal transportation, and a working cell phone are required.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical, labor-intensive tasks.
Availability: Openness to working varying night/overnight shifts.
Character: A team player who is humble, willing to learn, and maintains a clean professional presentation.
Workplace Standards: Must be able to pass a drug screening (we are a proud Drug-Free Workplace).
Compensation & Benefits
Strong Earning Potential: Base pay of $18.00 - $20.00/hr with high overtime potential. (Our top-earning crews often work 6 shifts a week and make in excess of $45,000/year).
Predictable Planning: Schedules are posted weekly in advance so you can coordinate your life.
Paid Time Off (PTO): 1 to 2 weeks of generous paid time off.
Supplemental Insurance: Optional AFLAC coverage.

Work with supervisor to clean restaurant equipment and ventilation systems at local restaurants. Using chemicals, pressure washers and other equipment as needed.

Willing to train the right individuals.

The work is mostly 3rd shift and physically demanding and "dirty" work. Including working on rooftops and with ladders. Driver's license needed.

Pay based on experience and bonus pay for completing jobs correctly and within set time frame.
