I’m looking to hire an individual with several years of experience cleaning primarily residential properties. Preferably a lead who can work independently, is extremely detail-oriented and reliable.

This position is open for immediate hire and would be long-term. I offer flexible hours and for the right person for this position, the pay would be very competitive in today’s market. You’d be responsible for having your own transportation and anything else needed would be supplied.

In case you aren’t aware, we are supposed to be getting tropical storm/hurricane effects of wind and rain mid week. You may want to secure items and get rid of any debris laying around. So far it looks as though Nicole could hit the West Palm Beach area directly, cross the state into the gulf and back across middle-Northern Florida and into the Atlantic. Most models support this being a category 1 hurricane so nothing major but just be prepared for days of wind and rain.
