One of our clients gave us a real test this week. A vendor had an accidental hydraulic oil spill that made it not only on top of the pavers but also in the sand underneath the pavers. We had to clean the area twice with two different types of degreaser, then had to apply a deep pe*******on seal to block the oil from rising to the surface of the pavers and then apply the final top sealer. We finally got the pavers back to the way they looked before the accident.

Today we figured out that being the cheapest is not always the best choice. An opportunity that we had chose another last week because of price. Today she called us back to apologize and ask us to come out to do her lanai cleaning. . We will take care of them correctly.
