We are looking for a dedicated and focused Commercial Cleaning Manager to lead a team of Cleaning Cadets in Broward County.
The Commercial Manager will perform various functions which includes but is not limited to:
•Ensuring effective operational delivery of cleaning services.
•Performing cleaning duties when necessary to ensure labor goals are met.
•Oversee, train, and inspect the work of staff, ensuring that all procedures are performed to the standards of the facility and company.

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the overall management of all cleaning functions in the property to ensure a clean, safe establishment for our clients
•Performs cleaning duties as needed to ensure all properties are cleaned and labor goals are met.
•Full knowledge of each account including every aspect of the service, square feet, workers, supplies, times schedules, etc.
•Address any client complaints, investigate, and correct any issues, ensuring client is aware of the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
•Interviewing new candidates, terminations, performance evaluations etc.
•Conducting regular meetings and communicating relevant information to the staff And management
•Provides direction and assistance to his/her team
•Liason for clients, vendors, and staff
•Performs in person walkthrough estimates, writes up estimates and gathers all necessary property information for office to get client set up in our system
•Continually sets new, higher standards for quality customer service.
•Schedules, monitors, and assesses work performance for all commercial Cleaning Cadets
•Reguarly monitors equipment for repair or replacement needs
•Implements approved operating policies, methods, and procedures.
•Communicates in a very professional and very detailed manner, responding immediately to problems or suggestions.
•Demonstrates and promotes culture, values, and management philosophy.
•Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of relevant job experience in janitorial management.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Physical dexterity: Must be agile and in good physical shape; ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and bend at the waist and knees. The job entails constant walking, occasional sitting, and climbing stairs
License: Must possess a valid driver’s license; vehicle must be registered, well maintained and reliable
Detailed oriented: Have a mind for quality and accuracy; attentive and thorough
Demonstrated ability to coach, train, motivate, develop, and lead a team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills
Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and negotiation skills, and ability to make swift, sound judgments.
