That’s the one word Matt Lilly of Stiles Property Management used to describe GreenTeam while managing The Main Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale.

Can we tell you about one of our latest projects?! You may have seen a post or two from our team members about the project because they take a lot of pride in it, and we're happy to share in that!

This 90-foot grease line had experienced severe deterioration, including extensive corrosion and the loss of approximately 30 percent of the original pipe. Years of hardened grease buildup and system neglect had led to repeated stoppages and operational disruption.

Under the leadership of Project Manager Christopher Estevez, our team executed a full rehabilitation using our Blue Light UV-CIPP lining system. The line was cleaned, structurally restored, and returned to service without extensive excavation, extending its service life while minimizing downtime for the facility.

Pipeline rehabilitation has become a critical part of our infrastructure solutions in recent years—and projects like this one demonstrate why.

And shout out to Christopher Estevez, who continues to exemplify the leadership required to see these complex projects through, keeping the team focused and solutions-oriented even in challenging conditions.

We also recognize the value of strong supplier partnerships. Support from Trenchless played an important role in delivering a successful outcome.

This marks another completed pipe lining project at the airport—further demonstrating the reliability and efficiency of trenchless rehabilitation when executed with the right team, technology, and leadership.

There’s a lot to be thankful for this year—but most of all, we’re thankful for the people who make GreenTeam what it is.

We kicked off the holiday with a Thanksgiving luncheon to celebrate the season—and each other.

Everything in life requires sacrifice.

There are many folks who served that made the ultimate sacrifice, putting their own lives on the line to protect us.

To provide safety.

To allow us to enjoy a day off on this very important Monday once a year.

To those that made that sacrifice, we take a moment to reflect on your humility. Although we may not directly know someone who died fighting for our freedom, we must take a moment to observe the sheer level of courage it takes to put country before self.

To the families of those who perished fighting for our freedom, we say thank you. I don’t know if “Happy Memorial Day” is the right thing to say, so we will simply take a moment to reflect, to be grateful, to remember, honor and show our respect.

This week we were contacted by a large industrial property owner to diagnose some Underground sanitary issues they have been having. This was a multi tenant logistics center with long distances between bathroom groups.

After scoping things out, we deployed our Picote Solutions maxi miller to descale a ton of buildup in the line, and then utilized our US Jetting sewer jetter to remove the solids and scale. During our investigation we also found a broken brass cleanout plug most likely caused by a forklift crushing the cleanout cover causing it to lodge itself into the sewer main.

Once things were wrapped up, we swept and mopped the floor to assure 100 percent client satisfaction. “Exceptional Service, No Exceptions”.
