🚩HUGE cleaning tip🚩
If you use THE PINK STUFF paste, PLEASE wash thoroughly after use!
THE Pink Stuff is great for degreasing but that is about it. It contains quartz(for exfoliating), soap(for bubbles and scent), and a very small percentage of antimicrobial solution.
Here's the kicker, the antimicrobial solution is sprayed on the inside of the container to keep bacteria from growing in the paste... NOT to kill any germs on what you are cleaning!
‼️IF YOU DO NOT WASH AND RINSE THE PINK STUFF AWAY COMPLETELY AFTER USE IT WILL CREATE A HYDROPHOBIC FILM!!!‼️
In 2022 I spent 2.5 hours scrubbing ONE SHOWER because the homeowner used THE Pink Stuff on it for 3 years. She would use a Scrub Daddy to spread the Pink paste on the walls of the shower and floor of the tub then she used her detachable shower head to rinse it all away. Over those 3 years the film began to form. Every time someone took a hot shower, the paste would become gummy from the heat of the water and trap any and all dirt/filth being showered off their bodies in the film. When the shower was over and the paste film cooled and dried it sealed all that showers dirt and filth in with it.
She'd apply more Pink stuff to try to get rid of the new dirt rings not knowing it was only making it worse! More showers, more Pink stuff, the cycle kept going until I was called!
2.5 hours later I successfully removed all the film but lost and ruined 5 scrub brushes AND an electric scrub brush that all had to be thrown away!
All that to say, if you use THE PINK STUFF paste you HAVE to use a grease cutting soap afterwards to wash the paste away!
My recommendation is dawn dish soap or dawn power wash spray. Scrub it on AND scrub it off with a porous scrubber or a scrub daddy and hot water.
Your shower and your house cleaner will thank you!!!
