Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Kitchen and Bar Area Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in commercial kitchens and bar areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:Kitchen Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and cooking areas. Sweep and mop kitchen floors. Clean and degrease kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, fryers, and hoods. Bar Area: Clean and sanitize bar surfaces, including countertops, shelves, and service areas.
General Responsibilities: Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the lead technician or manager. Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Qualifications: Previous experience in commercial cleaning, particularly in kitchen and bar environments, is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately. Reliability and punctuality.
