A couple weeks ago we had a local sewage system designer contact us asking where they could find a pre assembled Flout in a 500 gallon plastic tank. He said he can find Flouts and Siphons in concrete tanks but some sites are difficult to get a concrete truck into. So MwM created a preassembled 500 gallon Flout for those difficult sites. We can also install them in 1,000 and 1,500 gallon tanks.

A Flout or “floating outlet” (invented by Rissy Plastics in 1992) is similar to the bell siphons used in some sewage systems. They both use gravity instead of a pump to create pressure distribution within a system.

It’s that time of year! Our staff has been busy completing maintenance reports from last year and sending contracts for this year.

It was a cold day for what is probably one of the last sewage system deliveries of the season.

This is a drip micromound being installed for a commercial property in Bradford County. We provided the drip equipment and oversight for this first time installer.

After 14 years Mountain Wastewater Management is under new ownership!

Randy Rosbach has been designing sewage systems for 16 years and was a crucial part in developing MwM! Randy has expanded MwM from maintenance to sales and service!
