As a reminder for all, this is and will forever remain a judgement free zone.
AND there are some things I must say, grab your britches.

Today upon my exit from the shower, I head to my room to grab all the things. Socks, pants sweatshirt ready to go. Hard pause because your girl can not find two of the same KIND of sock. My sock drawer is a notorious mess and it is very unlikely you’ll find me wearing two of the same kind of sock on any given day. It is EMBARRASSING. It is what it is, I have accepted the fact that my washer and dryers main food group is my socks.

Ok so I’m leaving the house (with the mismatched socks) and arrive at my clients house. She doesn’t notice, we love her for this and many other reasons. We get to chatting and shes embarrassed about her space. I’m not concerned, I’m there to help. She mentions how I am exuding this presence of confidence. Ha! If she only knew… my morning sock debacle.

The moral of the story is, we are all embarrassed about something. The majority of us are faking it, until we make it.
And that my friends, is A-ok!
When you are ready to ask for help, just always know that we will show up, mismatched socks and all without judgement. Showing up your true self, unequivocally is where that confident magic lies.

We have made it an entire week into 2026.
To be honest some of those days have felt a bit heavy.

I personally feel starting a new year always starts with brand new, big expectations, New Year’s resolutions (no thanks🫠). As I get a bit older I am realizing that maybe it is not the new we must focus on but the heavy.

How can I today relieve myself of something that causes me a burden; time, patience, peace. Holding a space for the times that don’t feel heavy when you can feel peace is what I am most looking forward to this year.

One day at a time we will get through this year together and if you need a little help relieving a burden we are here for you 🩷

Until then…..
Sometimes we have to put the freeloaders to work.
